Herne Bay House

This Herne Bay villa was in a much-loved but almost original condition, with an equally tired 1970s rear addition poorly suited to the style of the house.

The addition was removed to make way for an open, light filled living and dining space with access to outdoor entertaining areas. Garaging with a rooftop patio and extensive landscaping were added to provide a more accessible connection to the street.
